Security research (white-hat)
Ethical, isolated research: OSINT, scripting, and malware study inside virtual machines. Documented here as existence and ethic — not a playbook.
A sealed lab sandbox: a laptop running a lab virtual machine under a locked glass hood on a plinth marked lab only. Its one network cable ends in a capped plug inside the hood, so the activity that runs down the cable stops at the cap; the VM's log scrolls and nothing leaves the case.
Lab-only study of attacker techniques
White-hat work to understand how machines actually fail: OSINT, basic scripting, phishing awareness, and custom malware studied in a VM. One project was a Trojan cryptominer that pretended to be a game installer. Another was a keylogger / mouse logger written in Python. A separate red-team exercise explored a Windows 10 lab image.
All of it was educational, contained, and is described here at the level of ‘this existed, this was the ethic.’ Nothing on this site is a tutorial. If you want to learn security, use a legal lab and a responsible disclosure program.
