SuperIntro
Software internship / full-stack: a React Native networking app. Onboarding drop-off down ~15%. 200+ early users. Three-person team.
An onboarding run: tokens drop from a hopper onto a sloped channel and roll through four stage gates to a dock holding two phones; each token that arrives drops into the cup between them and both screens light with the introduction, while now and then one rolls off at a gate into a drop-off bin.
Rapid automated networking, cross-platform
Nov 2024–Feb 2025. Cross-platform iOS and Android with high compatibility as the product requirement. Led a three-person development team, turning Figma into production React Native and Python.
Onboarding workflows were the bottleneck; the rewrite cut drop-off by about 15% and got the first two hundred users through the door without a babysitter.
